Shipping & Delivery
Where do we deliver?
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Cost
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum required. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 11:00 PM MT are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Delivery Details
- Handling Time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri)
- Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) for small and medium-sized items shipped via standard carrier (UPS / FedEx / USPS)
- Freight Transit Time: 3–7 business days for large/oversized items shipped via freight carrier (LTL)
- Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM MT
Oversized & Freight Items
Some of our larger products — including riding lawn mowers, zero-turn mowers, portable generators, standby generators, swing sets, and large garden structures — ship via freight carrier (LTL). These orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment before arriving — please ensure the phone number on your order is current so they can reach you. Someone must be present to accept the delivery. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Warehouse Location
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Loving, New Mexico (USA).
Address Errors
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at Contact@popcobs.com or +1 (575) 210-4009. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address at no charge. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it — we will need to wait for the package to be returned before reshipping.
Multiple Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.
Order Status & Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery window, email us at Contact@popcobs.com with your name and order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery on both defective and non-defective items.
If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo of the damage. You will not need to return a damaged item — we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. For all other returns, email us and we'll provide a free prepaid return label. No restocking fees on any return, ever.
