At Popcobs LLC, your privacy matters to us. This page explains in plain terms what personal information we collect when you visit or shop on popcobs.com, how we use it, and what your rights are. We've kept it as clear and readable as possible.

For detailed information about the specific cookies we use, how long they last, and how to manage or disable them, please visit our Cookie Policy.

Section 1 – What Information Do We Collect?

Every time you place an order, we ask for the details needed to process and deliver it — your name, mailing address, phone number, and email. This is the minimum we need to get your order to you.

Our servers also automatically log basic technical data when you visit our site, including your IP address, the type of device and browser you're using, and which pages you view. We use this to monitor site performance and catch any technical problems.

If you've agreed to receive emails from us, we may occasionally send you news about new products, restocks, or special offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Section 2 – Consent

How your consent works:

By submitting an order or filling out any form on popcobs.com, you're agreeing to let us use the information you've provided for that specific purpose — nothing more. If we ever want to use your details for something beyond completing your transaction, we'll ask you directly before doing so.

Withdrawing your consent:

You can ask us to stop using your information at any time. Just email us at Contact@popcobs.com or call +1 (575) 210-4009 and we'll handle it promptly.

Section 3 – Data Sharing and Advertising

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, like most online retailers, we do share certain browsing and behavioral data with trusted advertising and analytics partners to help us operate our store, understand how visitors use our site, and show relevant ads to people who have previously visited popcobs.com.

This sharing occurs through tracking technologies — including pixels and cookies — placed on our site by the following categories of partners:

Advertising and retargeting partners receive data such as pages visited, products viewed, and browsing behavior. They use this information to show Popcobs ads to you on other websites and platforms after you leave our site. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), this type of data sharing qualifies as "sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising."

Analytics partners receive aggregated and anonymized data about how visitors navigate our site. This helps us improve our store's performance and user experience.

Social media platforms receive data through pixels that track interactions on our site, which may be used to serve you targeted ads on those platforms and to help us measure the effectiveness of our social media campaigns.

You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time. See Section 8 for how to exercise your rights, or visit our Cookie Policy for specific opt-out links for each advertising partner.

Section 4 – Payment

Transactions on popcobs.com are processed through secure, certified payment platforms — including Stripe, PayPal, and other PCI-DSS compliant providers. Your card information is encrypted in transit and never stored on our servers after your order is complete.

Every payment partner we use is certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), administered by the PCI Security Standards Council. This certification covers the major card networks and sets the bar for how financial data must be handled globally.

Section 5 – Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our store. Each receives only the data needed for their specific function. Where a service receives data for advertising or retargeting purposes, this is disclosed below.

Analytics & Site Improvement

Google Analytics (Google LLC) — tracks site usage and visitor behavior to help us improve our store. Opt out here.

Google Site Kit (Google LLC) — connects Google services including Analytics, Search Console, and Ads to our website. Google Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — records anonymized session behavior such as clicks and scrolls to help us improve user experience. No personally identifiable information is captured. Clarity cookies persist for up to 12 months. Microsoft Privacy Statement.

TikTok (TikTok Inc. / ByteDance Ltd.) — TikTok's pixel tracks site interactions for ad targeting and campaign measurement on TikTok. TikTok Privacy Policy. TikTok ad settings.

To request deletion of your chat history, contact us at Contact@popcobs.com. Tidio Privacy Policy.

E-Commerce Infrastructure

Once you navigate away from popcobs.com to any external site, our privacy policy no longer applies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party site before submitting personal information.

External links:

Some links on our site point to other websites. Clicking them takes you outside our privacy policy. We always recommend reading the privacy statement of any site before entering personal information.

Section 6 – Cookies

Like most websites, popcobs.com uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to make your browsing experience smoother. Cookies help us remember things like what's in your cart and your site preferences so you don't have to start from scratch every time.

We also use cookies for analytics and advertising purposes, including retargeting cookies placed by our advertising partners listed in Section 5. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies at any time, though doing so may affect how certain parts of the site function.

For a full breakdown of every cookie we use — including type, purpose, duration, and opt-out instructions — please visit our Cookie Policy.

Section 7 – Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as it's needed to provide you with our services and meet our legal obligations. Order records are kept for a minimum period required by tax and accounting regulations — typically seven years. Chat records via Tidio are retained for up to 12 months. If you'd like us to delete your data sooner, just reach out and we'll review what's possible under applicable law.

Section 8 – Your Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to request corrections if anything is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete your information where legally permitted. You also have the right to opt out of any marketing communications we send you, at any time, with no questions asked.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — including data shared with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Contact@popcobs.com.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas: Under your state's applicable privacy law, you have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. Contact us at Contact@popcobs.com to exercise these rights.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize and respond to GPC signals. If you have enabled GPC in your browser, we will treat this as a valid opt-out request of the sale or sharing of your personal information, to the extent required by applicable law.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: To opt out of data sharing with our advertising partners (AdRoll, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, Google Ads), you can use the individual opt-out links provided in Section 5, enable GPC in your browser, or contact us directly at Contact@popcobs.com. You can also visit our Cookie Policy for per-partner opt-out links.

To exercise any of your privacy rights, contact us at Contact@popcobs.com and we'll respond within 45 days as required by applicable law.

Section 9 – Security

We take reasonable and practical steps to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our site uses SSL encryption throughout, and sensitive data at rest is protected with AES-256 encryption.

We comply fully with PCI-DSS requirements and apply additional safeguards where we can. No system is entirely immune to risk, but we take this seriously and continuously review our security practices.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authorities as required by law, within the timeframes mandated by applicable state and federal regulations.

Section 10 – Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Popcobs.com is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at Contact@popcobs.com and we will delete that information promptly in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state. If you are an adult and wish to allow a minor in your household to use the site, the responsibility for supervising that use falls on you.

Section 11 – Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to websites. At this time, popcobs.com does not alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals, as there is no industry-standard way to honor them. We will update this policy if that changes.

We do recognize and respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you have enabled GPC in your browser, we will treat this as a valid opt-out request of the sale or sharing of your personal information, to the extent required by applicable law — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

For users in other states with similar privacy laws, we honor applicable opt-out signals as required by law. If you have questions about how we handle privacy signals or your data rights, contact us at Contact@popcobs.com.

Section 12 – Links to Other Websites

Our site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience or reference. These sites are not operated by Popcobs LLC, and visiting them means you're subject to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read those policies before sharing any personal information on external sites.

Section 13 – Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this policy as our business and legal requirements evolve. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. For significant changes — ones that materially affect how your data is handled — we'll make them clearly visible so you're aware before continuing to use our site.

If Popcobs LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. The same protections described in this policy would continue to apply.

Section 14 – Questions and Contact Information

If anything in this policy is unclear, or if you have a specific question about your data, don't hesitate to contact us directly. We'll give you a clear, honest answer.
