Where do we deliver?
We ship across the United States.
Shipping Cost
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 11:00 PM MT are processed the same day.
Delivery Details
- Handling Time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri)
- Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) for small and medium-sized items
- Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM MT
Oversized & Freight Items
Some of our larger products — like riding lawn mowers, push mowers, portable generators, and garden structures — are shipped by freight carrier. These orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment before arriving. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Warehouse Location
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Loving, New Mexico (USA).
Multiple Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.
Order Status & Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days, email us at Contact@popcobs.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it right away.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll do our best to resolve it.
