Shipping & Delivery
We process all orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Most small and medium sized items arrive within 1 to 3 business days after processing. For larger items like riding mowers, generators, and garden structures, those ship by freight and typically take 3 to 7 business days depending on where you're located. Once your order ships, we'll send tracking info straight to your email. If 7 days have passed and nothing has shown up, just reach out to us at Contact@popcobs.com and we'll look into it right away.
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also enter your order number in the Order Status section on our website. Just keep in mind it can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update after your order ships.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum required. What you see is what you pay.
Right now we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future, so stay tuned!

Yes, oversized items including riding mowers, generators, and large garden structures ship by freight carrier. These typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. The freight carrier will reach out to you directly to schedule a delivery appointment before they show up, so you won't be caught off guard.
Unfortunately we can't split a single order across multiple addresses. If you need to send items to different locations, just place separate orders and we'll handle each one.

We don't currently offer financing or payment plans — all orders are paid in full at checkout. If that's something you'd like to see, feel free to let us know!
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Just contact us as soon as possible at Contact@popcobs.com and we'll take care of it. Once an order has already shipped, it can't be cancelled but it can be returned under our 90-day return policy.

If your package comes back to us marked as undeliverable, we'll reach out to you to arrange redelivery or issue a full refund. Either way, we'll make sure it gets sorted.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns on both defective and non-defective items within 90 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product, we cover all return shipping costs and send you a free prepaid label. For any other returns, we still provide a prepaid return label on all approved returns. Either way, once we receive and inspect the item, you'll get a full refund with no restocking fees, processed within 7 business days.
Once we receive your return and inspect it (within 72 hours of arrival), your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You'll get the full amount back including original shipping. We never charge restocking fees.

Yes! All products sold on Popcobs LLC are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Coverage and duration vary by brand and product, so check the individual product listing for specific details. For more information, visit our Warranty Replacement page.
Most manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials, faulty parts, and mechanical or electrical failures under normal residential use. They typically don't cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or general wear and tear.
