At our discretion, we may restrict the number of units purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limits may apply across orders sharing the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If we need to modify or cancel your order for any reason, we will make every effort to notify you using the email address provided at the time of purchase. We recommend keeping your contact information up to date to ensure you receive these communications.

Pricing & Charges

All prices displayed on popcobs.com are listed in US Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in your account being suspended from future purchases.
