Warranty Coverage Includes

How to Request Warranty Service

Once we receive your information, we'll reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf to initiate the warranty claim. In many cases, manufacturers handle warranty service directly with the customer for faster resolution.
Replacement Parts
Depending on the manufacturer's policy, warranty claims may result in either a full unit replacement or the shipment of specific replacement parts. When parts are sent directly to you, installation may be your responsibility — unless the product's documentation specifies otherwise. We're happy to help coordinate the process and point you in the right direction.
Replacement Product Policy
If you're entitled to a replacement product, Popcobs LLC will provide an item that is identical or of equivalent value. If the same product is no longer available, we'll work with you to find an alternative — either a suitable substitute, a repair within a reasonable timeframe, or a full refund. The same rights that apply to your original product apply to any replacement you receive.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Shipping costs related to warranty claims follow the manufacturer's guidelines. Some manufacturers cover all return and replacement shipping costs. Others may require the customer to cover return shipping. We'll let you know what applies to your specific situation when we review your claim.
Warranty Limitations
- Popcobs LLC does not offer separate extended warranties unless explicitly stated on a product listing.
- We do not modify or override the terms set by any manufacturer's warranty program.
- All warranty decisions are ultimately at the manufacturer's discretion.
